Print and complete the questionnaire(s) that relate to your situation, if you have any problems or are unsure as to which questionnaire you are required to complete, please contact our office for assistance.
While the questionnaires might look daunting, it’s really, very straight forward. If there is anything that is not applicable to you or your business just write ‘N/A’ for ‘Not Applicable’ alongside the item.
Our recommendation is that you complete the questionnaires and organise the required records as soon as possible. Please note that if you use Xero, you can upload your records to your Xero account including your completed Questionnaires.
