Please find below a list of Annual Questionnaires to be completed and signed and returned to us along with other records necessary for completing your annual accounts and tax returns.
For Xero Clients you can either use the Questionnaires and then where the information is in Xero then just write “in Xero” as your answer, or you can complete the following checklist and provide us with the additional information via email, post or drop records into us.

Print the questionnaires that relate to your situation, if you have any problems or are unsure as to which questionnaire you require, please contact our office for assistance.
While the questionnaires might look daunting, it’s really, very straight forward. If there is anything that is not applicable to you or your business just write ‘N/A’ for ‘Not Applicable’ alongside the item.
Our recommendation is that you complete the questionnaires and organize the required records as soon as possible. Please note that if you use the invoicing version of Xero you can upload files to your Xero account including your completed Questionnaires.
